I was told by the SUA sponsor at KU that CBI Regionals will be held the following weekend, the 22nd/23rd.
I believe CBI and ACF don't conflict.

  over ACF, simply because that's the format that our university

  scheduling is an accident, then you might move it forward a weekend, 
  since that's pretty clear. If it's intentional, then I'm sorry we'll 
  be missing ACF Nationals, after regular appearances.
