announced.

The distance in miles between your guess and the actual location as
measured by Mapquest on a school-to-school basis
plus
The number of hours between your prediction and the actual time of
announcement, rounded up, where the time of announcement is taken to
be the time stamp on the first announcement of a certain location for
ACF Nationals by an official ACF personality.
