This is the official announcement for the Wildcat Invitational
Tournament 3: Ernest Needs a Kidney, an open, ACF-style tournament to
be held on Saturday, March 1, 2003, in dreary Lexington, Kentucky. As
with the previous 2 WIT installments, all of the questions will be
written by me at a level between ACF Regionals and Nationals, so no
packet submission is required.
Fees:
Base fee: $95
Buzzer discount: -$10 (limit 2 per program)
Travel discount (according to Mapquest):
- +350 miles: -$10
- +500 miles: -$30
- +700 miles: free
Additional teams from the same school: -$15 each
Also, if you enter the tournament by next Saturday, I'll split
any winnings from this week's lottery ticket with you, so get
your entries in now. To enter, ask questions, or suggest new mixed
