I'm sorry about the accelerated duedates on the packet
submissions. This tourney was developed as a last-minute mirror of
DSHIT tourney and I'm bound by their original guidelines and
duedates on these matters. However, I did indicate there is a
packet-writing exemption option for those that make their intentions
known before 2/1.
