Unfortunately (for us), you are correct and the first clue in that 
question is ambiguous.  Even though it is not a protestable matter, 
that flaw should have been caught and corrected before the 
tournament.  On behalf of NAQT, I apologize for letting it in.  In 
your particular case, I am glad that it did not lead to an 
unnecessary interrupt (or loss).
