The deadline for accepting bids is Thursday, February 20, 2003.
However, NAQT is *more* than happy to offer an extension to a team
that needs more time to make final arrangements so long as we are
notified in advance and the nature of the difficulties is explained.
This is earlier than last year, but if teams are to be invited off of
the waitlist, we want them to have as much time as possible to take
advantage of airline discounts and other time-critical deals.
