If Penn Bowl received more votes for Worst Tournament than any other, it's probably because (aside from the SCT and ACF Regionals) it's attended by more teams than any other. And those have multiple sites--Samer's trying to make all of this happen in one location. It's sort of like trying to host the entire BCS in a week in, say, the Astrodome. (OK, not really, but the scale of the endeavor is my point.)
I've never been to PB, but I shudder at what it must take to make it happen every year. And I'll venture to say that at least most of those who dissed it have never run a tournament of any type.
And then there's the already discussed matter of the bizarre geographic skew of the respondents.
To sum it up, the poll is bullshit.
