So far, we've received no packets from any schools. I've also heard
from several schools that the new March 29th date is bad for them, so
although they would have been able to come, they can't now.
Considering the lack of interest among schools, we're strongly
thinking of canceling the tournament. However, since there might be a
small chance there are teams out there interested in going whom we
haven't heard from yet, we're going to give it one last try. Please,
pretty please, post on this group or e-mail me within the next couple
of days if you're still interested.
That being said, we still would like to hold a tournament on March
29th. So, if there's enough interest, we'll mirror the Ironhead
trash tourney on that day. If you would like to come to this event,
please post or otherwise let me know in the next couple of days as we
need to secure rooms from Rice. E-mail is saslett at rice dot edu.
Hopefully, someone will be able to come to something...or something.
