Advice Sought -- Manchester/Providence/Boston

Hi all --

I am traveling to Boston for TRASHionals and I have a free pass on SouthWest. If I use the pass -- I cannot fly directly into Boston but have to choose either Manchester, NH or Providence. Having been to neither city, I was wondering if those who know New England travel much better can offer some wisdom that I might not be able to get at AAA.

Thus, I have the following questions:

1. How accessible are shuttles from either location?

2. Are there shuttles that people prefer over others?

3. Phone numbers/web addresses for shuttles?

4. Typical cost/Travel time from each city?

5. If I stayed overnight in Providence -- could people make suggestions as to where I should stay and what sorts of "touristy" things I could/should do while I'm there?

6. Or...is there anything to do in Manchester?

7. OR...is there anyone traveling through or near those cities that might offer a ride into Boston no later than Friday evening?

Thanks very much in advance. All input and advice is much appreciated. You can e-mail me directly at ice9tre_at_...

See you in Boston,

-Trevor Schultz
