Division II (re Div I final team ranks)

Although I'd rather defer to R. Robert Hentzel (as ICT Logistics
Director) or Craig Barker (as Division II bracket-meister), since my
Saturday post on Division I prompted the question on Division II,
I'll briefly touch on what I knew of the Div II format:

32 teams split into four pools of eight for round robin play, with
six rounds Friday evening and one on Saturday morning.

After using Round 8 to break any relevant ties (one bracket did in
fact have a five-way tie), NAQT rebracketed those teams into four
flights, grouping first- and second-place teams together, third- and
fourth-place teams, and so on.
