Re: Your Ad Here

Superbowl ads: Almost as good as the game One
freakin' yard!...And if I had only lived in a state where
I could put down some $$ on Tennessee getting 8
:)

Anyway...The EDS spot was great, with the final part actually
making the ad better (it really is a nice
analogy).

2nd place, Titan-like in competition:

The
Budweiser ads...from the guy with his sig. other "watching
the game" to the method-acting dog..props to Bud's
agency.

3rd place, Divisional playoff-caliber:

The
Monster.com ad and Computer.com ad...both offered something
different, especially the "relatives" of the Computer.com
guys.

Ones I didn't care for:

Charles Schwab's
"Retired Athletes" - Topical, but it didn't strike me as
imaginative as some of their other ads (i.e. the ads during
the season with Shannon Sharpe and Jason Sehorn or
even the Ringo Starr ad that aired a few minutes
later)

The Pepsi One ad using "Don't Rock the Boat"....I
didn't think it was that bad, but it strikes me as an ad
that will grow old REAL fast.

Waiting for
critiques of March Madness ads,

Brian
