I think the best response is simply to not reply to these even if you do read them. Silly ranting and/or insults alone don't deserve responses, and ignoring posts that mix reasonable things worth responding to with ad hominem attacks (eg naqtrauma) will force the writer to post arguments under his or her own name (hopefully without the attacks) if (s)he wants it to have any influence.
