Point well taken, Mr. Ricci.  I would also like to extend that while 
it would appear that my earlier posts on that SCT might be construed 
as a negative reflection of NAQT, I do not wish, nor did I mean them 
to be taken as such.  NAQT has shown itself to be an extremely 
responsible organization which did the best it could under those 
circumstances.  It is not their fault that they were proven to have 
misplaced their trust judging from the abundance of very dissatisfied 
customers from that incident.
