Re: Buzzer System

Tulane bought a quizsystems buzzer, as it was the cheapest one
available that fit our needs. I'm not sure what buzzer sounds you
consider annoying, but I've yet to find a system that doesn't make an
annoying sound, so that's not really an issue. However, after one
practice worth of use, we found that 2 buzzer units had already
stopped working, and that the ac adapter had a really annoying
tendency to fall out of the central unit. So it's not reliable and
does break down easily, if you mean break down in that car-won't-
start sense.

However, props to the folks at quizsystems for promptly responding to
our complaints and issuing a full refund. Apparently, our system was
part of a bad batch...

Regardless, as a QB player with 6 years experience with just about
every buzzer system man can conceive, I would not recommend buying a
quizsystems buzzer.
