NATSSO feedback

After attending Ga. Tech's NATSSO tournament this past Saturday, I
thought I would throw in my $0.02. First, for all of his high-
strung anxiety, Stephen Webb did a fantastic job as TD. As far as I
could tell, there were no major hitches or delays. This is more
than can be said for most tounaments. I will definately continue to
attend tournaments at Ga. Tech.

Secondly, this was our first real tournament in which we played
outside of Div. II. It was a trial by fire if ever there was one.
Playing against Raj, Kelly, Seth, etc. really opened our eyes to
what we need to aspire. Our goal was to "not finish last," which we
managed to accomplish. At any rate, all of the veteran players were
extremely friendly and supportive. We got alot of good advise on
how to improve. It was an eye opener, but we've still got a year of
Div. II eligibility, so we're gonna take advantage of that.

Finally, I just wanted to say that it was a great tournament.
Questions were wonderful. There were some complaints about repeats
(Oedipus at Colonus and The Blithedale Romance come to mind), but I
don't have a real problem with one or two repeats. It keeps you on
your toes and gives you an incentive to pay attention. Plus, what
excuse could you possibly have for missing the same question twice
in one day? Stephen did a great job, the readers were great, the
competition was great. Great tournament; we'll definately be back.
