Hi All,


The UCLA College Bowl Club (some of the folks that 
brought you the  2003 ICT) are pleased to pre-announce TWAIN IV.

The conditions will be same as usual (High Schools 
and Undergraduate  college teams) with Ravi Menghani and Matthew 
Sherman as contacts for  the event.

TWAIN IV will be held at the UCLA Campus on October 
4th, 2003.

More details will be made ready as they become
