Hey:
Would it be possible to send a private e-mail to the people who are
planning to attend, containing how to contact you on Saturday morning?
It looks like a snowstorm will be going through the area on Saturday,
which may make it rather impractical for teams to make it.
Alternatively, has a "snow date" been selected?
