Hey, I sending this post to get a good idea of who is still coming. I also want to inventory buzzer, readers and the like so I know what Im dealing with. If anyone knows it please let me know and I'll forward this to them (perhaps UF since they were at SSI?) What that said, here is the easiest way to let me know if there is anything wrong from that list. Answer the following? 1- How many Div I teams are coming? 2- How many Div II teams are coming? 3- FOR DIV I TEAMS ONLY- Are any of these teams all undergrads? (Based on what I have at this time, if the tournament were held today Tulane wins by default.) 4- How many buzzers are you bringing? 5- How many clocks are you bringing? 6- How many readers/volunteers are you bringing? (HINT HINT this is where I could use some help) 7- Are you interested in buying packets for an extra $25. If so add $25 to the bill. 8- Did you get an invoice already? Most of you on this list should have. Please let me know. I will also let you know what your costs based on what I have right now (which does NOT include packets, buzzers clocks and readers unless youve already told me). 9- IF YOURE DUKE, LSU, SOUTHERN Va AND UNC- Are you coming? 10- Have I confused anyone yet? :) 11- Is there anything else I need to know?
