Also, if a chosen player did not compete in the last
series of NAQT Sectionals, then please go back to the
last NAQT or ACF-sanctioned tournament in which that
person competed for point value. Cite which tournament
of course when submitting rosters. Remember that
Berkeley has the Tournament Statistics Archive up to last
season at

If said person had not competed at NAQT
or ACF-sanctioned tournaments, then the last known
data for that person from a tournament will need to be
researched and provided as the value for that player. I'd
prefer getting data from at least two tourneys for that
person and using the average of the two tournaments for
the point value if the data are available.
