NAQT Southwest

While I was in Kirksville, there were some last-minute registrations 
and updates, bringing the total field for NAQT Southwest to:

Texas-Austin B (Undergrad)
Oklahoma A
Oklahoma B

Division II:
Missouri-Rolla A

Tulsa
Oklahoma State A (new school)
Oklahoma State B (new school)
Southwest Missouri State (new school)

Texas-Dallas
Wichita State
Louisiana-Lafayette A (new school)
Louisiana-Lafayette B (new school)

Updates include:  the cost of questions is $25 for Div. I, $20 for 
Div. II, and $35 for both sets.  Division I will be full round robin, 
followed by a split round robin with the top four teams playing for 
the championship.  Division II will still be full round robin.  I'm 
not sure whether a one-game advantage will be sufficient or not, as 
some scenarios came to light (three or more teams within one game, 
etc.) that we may not be able to have it; I'll come up with something 
by tourney day.
