Announcement--Berkeley tournament, May 22

This is an announcement for Berkeley's Late Spring 
Tournament: I Know Kung Fu, which will take place May 22nd at 
UC Berkeley. The tournament will be team academic, with 
optional (but encouraged) packet submission.


Fee Structure
Base Fee: $80
Extra Teams: -$10
Full Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, March 25: -$50
Full Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, April 15: -$30
Full Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, May 6: -$20
Half Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, March 25: -$25
Half Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, April 15: -$15
Half Packet submitted by 11:59 pm, May 6: -$10
(Note: a team can claim more than one half packet discount, if 
they submit two half packets on separate dates)
Working Buzzer System: -$5 each
Minimum Fee: $20

Packet Notes
Our target difficulty is WIT/Cardinal Classic level. In general, 
tossups should be 5-6 lines in 10 point Times font, and 
bonuses shouldn't have more than 10 lines of text (not including 
answers) total. All packets should be submitted to me: satelite at 
berkeley dot edu
