Yes yes, once again it is time for Longhorn Classic, UT-Austin's
high school quizbowl tournament. Any and all interested high school
teams are invited to participate on October 23, 2004. The
tournament will use NAQT IS-46 questions and will be held at an as
yet to be determined location on the UT-Austin campus. Check in
time will be at 9 AM with the last match concluding no later than
6:30 PM. The fee structure is as follows:
+$95 Base Fee
-$05 per 150 miles traveled
-$05 per working buzzer
-$10 for second team, -20 for third team etc
-$10 for check arriving in mail prior to October 20th
-$20 per pre-approved moderator volunteer
Minimum Fee: $50
Longhorn Classic is open to the first 18 teams, first come first
