The no-penalty packet deadline for UVa & VCU's Unity Bowl is November
9, so there is still plenty of time to get your packet in without a
surcharge or, if you haven't, let me know that you would like to come
to the tournament.
Writing requirements are small for less experienced teams, so everyone
is encouraged to check this out.
