Non-packet submission, obviously, open to 1st and 2nd
year players in quiz bowl regardless of year in school
or age, although 3rd year players are also welcomed,
as long as no more than two are on the same team. We
will be using UIUC's question set, although some of
our own may also be part of them. See also the

We highly encourage new players in the west coast
circuit to come, as no question writing will be
required, the competition will be free of Mesozoic
influence, the level of difficulty will be
appropriately reduced for the field, and it's cheap.
Base fee for registering by Nov 20th: $45
Base fee for registering by Nov 27th: $65
Base fee for registering any time after Nov 27th: $85
Charge for registering then cancelling after Dec 1st:
