That junior college tournament at Tallahassee CC has been on the
same weekend as Sword Bowl for the last several years, I think, and
both tournaments have fared OK. January 15th and 29th look bad, and
January 8th may cause logistical problems for many teams because of
being so early in the semester. It might be best to stay with the
January 22nd date. The next best date would probably be February
19th, but I'd recommend staying with January 22nd.
I can't speak definitively for UF's teams, but I'd imagine UF would be
able to send multiple teams on the weekend of the 22nd (depending on
scheduling conflicts and such things for our freshmen and sophomores).
