This is the full announcement for the 2005 NAQT Mid-Atlantic SCT to be
held at the University of Maryland - College Park on Saturday, Feb 5,
2005.
Registration fees will be as follows:
First team: $120
Any subsequent team: $100
Working buzzer system: -$10
Working clock: -$10
Experienced moderator, able to serve all day: -$10
Travel more than 200 miles (as dicated by Mapquest, one shot): -$10
Cancellation within 48 hours of the tournament: +$50
The registration deadline will be Saturday, January 29, 2005 at 11:
59pm. Teams that register after this time will be added at the
discretion of the tournament directors, though all attempts will be
made to allow as many teams as possible to participate.
If you feel that you have additional extenuating circumstances that
may prevent you from participating, please contact the tournament
directors to work out a solution.
Unlike previous years, all teams will be provided with a copy of the
questions at no charge.

We expect registration on the day of to begin at approximately 8:30am.
How late we go will depend on the final field size.
