I've already mentioned this to Andy as a good
replacement for a conference with no QB teams. Luckily, the
UAC helps lump in a bunch of Div III circuit teams.
Of course, we also need a way to include at least
CalTech and Carleton as either at-large or replacing some
of the dormant conferences.
