Can someone explain how Pomona and CSU Sacramento _didn't_ finish in 
the top four?  At the end of the round robin, FOUR teams were tied at 
6-4.  What prompted CBI to move UC Davis and USC up to the playoffs 
but not Pomona and CSU Sacramento?
