F.O.G.H.A.T. Field Update & Exicting Offer!

Just a reminder, registration is still open for the sixth installment
of my annual trash tournament, F.O.G.H.A.T., which will be held
Saturday, October 22nd at Northwestern in Evanston, IL. Packet
submission is not required. In fact, the question set is nearly done
and is shaping up to be our best yet.

So far, five teams are registered, listed below. I will take
registration up until noon on Friday, October 21st. However, to
promote earlier responses, all teams that are registered by the end of
Monday, October 3rd and _actually show up and play on the 22nd_ will
receive an electronic copy of the question set for free (after the
tournament, of course).

The Field So Far...
1. Wonka Puppet Hospital and Burn Ward (Barker, et al)
2. Rose Hulman
3. TBD (Schwengler, et al)
4. Northwestern
5. TBD (Sorenson, et al)

We also have an excellent moderating corps shaping up including Kevin
Olmstead, Brian Hight, Alexis Mansfield and Ben Lea. I will be there,
too, to bring the average quality down somewhat.

For more info, check out the F.O.G.H.A.T. website

-----------Original Post--------------
For the first time, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois will
be the host for F.O.G.H.A.T. 2005: Fool for the City, the annual open
trash tournament co-produced by Jeremy White and Ben Lea. The sixth
annual installment will be held on Saturday, October 22nd. For more
info, keep reading this post, or check out the new F.O.G.H.A.T.
website at foghat.squirrelsociety.org The website also has sample
packets and some info about past runs of the tournament.

Like past F.O.G.H.A.T.s, teams entering do not need to submit a
packet. The questions will be written by Jeremy White, Ben Lea, Brian
Hight, Mark Richey and a few celebrity guests.

Again, F.O.G.H.A.T. is an open tournament, so anyone is eligible to
play (unless you are in the aforementioned list of writing staff).

To enter, send an e-mail to tournament director, Jeremy White.
