Sorry to get this out so late, but here goes. For the third time, WUAT will be hosting the midwest edition of TRASH Regionals at WUSTL. This will occur the day after our annual Gateway Tournament which Jon talked about, times and rooms tbd. The pricing for the tournament will be as follows per TRASH's instructions: First Team - $80 Second Team - $60 Additional Teams - $40 each Minimum after all discounts - $20 per team Discounts: Working buzzer - $10 each Competent moderator - $15 each Travel discount (100+ miles) - $10 per team Participated as either a staffer or player at GIT XI- $10 off per team (if the team has 2 players in GIT XI, sorry it's still only $10) OH WAIT THERE'S MORE: If you're a team of TRASH neophytes, meaning never played in regs, TRASHionals, Viva TRASH Vegas, and I'm guessing the Junior Bird too can play for $20!! Or if you're one of those overachievers who was on the Jeopardy! Ultimate Tournament of Champions, your presence on a team automatically puts that teams' fee at $20! (The newbie discount requires all members to be newbies for the discount to apply though.) Also as Thanksgiving will be upon us, any team bringing 3 canned goods for donation to those in need receives $10 off.
