No one called you a heartless bastard. They simply pointed out that 
it is unacceptable to undercut a tournament that has been planned 
months in advance with a guerilla trash tournament.

For future reference, the webpage www dot hsquizbowl dot org is now 
used as much, if not more, for posting tournament announcements as 
the yahoo group. This is something other potential tournament 
directors should note. It is certainly not a burden when deciding to 
host a tournament to take 5 minutes to check 2 message boards for 
conflicting tournaments in your own area. Now that you know of the 
other message board, you have absolutely no excuse not to conflict 
check next time around.
