NAQT has posted more details about the process of taking the Jeopardy!
Teen Tournament and College Championship pre-tests on its website:

In short: The Teen pretest will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday night and
the College pretest will be at 7:30 p.m. on Friday night. A random
selection of those who pass the test will be invited to auditions on
Saturday night, after the preliminary rounds.
