The vacant spot in NAQT's Division I tournament
that I wrote about earlier was quickly filled by
Brandeis, but within moments of officially welcoming them
into the field and believing that Division I once
again stood at a full 42 we received notice of the
withdrawal of Duke. So, sigh, we remain one team short of
our full limit, and once again, if there's any other
team out there that could still get to Boston ready to
play on Friday, there's a spot for you. (Write to
