Greetings all. The University of British Columbia will once again be
hosting the Northwest SCT tournament on Saturday, February 9, 2008.
The main contact and TD for this event will be Mike Whitaker, who can

The event will be hosted at UBC's Vancouver campus in a room to be
determined later based on field size. Player briefings, introductions,
etc. will begin at 10:00am sharp followed by competition rounds with a
break for lunch at 12:30pm.
Those coming in from out of town and interested in housing should
contact the UBC Housing department, who maintain several suitable
lodgings on campus.
As the Northwest is typically a very small region, we plan on only
collecting fees to cover our expenses. However, we may add a surcharge
for any participating schools that fail to provide at least one buzzer
system.
