If you want an explanation ...
1) The
mailing list debate was getting really, _really_
boring.
2) Any movie involving qb probably will lack
significant amounts of gratuitous explosions, and therefore
must have some semblance of plot to guide
it.
3) In the defense, most of the plots presented, save
Buzzsport, follow the same pattern. And Buzzsport can be
forgiven - Jean Claude van Damme really does need the
work.
4) Some of us won't be played by Calista Flockhart;
we will instead be played by others of an - ahem -
slightly less impressive countenance. It is therefore in
our interest to avoid having a movie portraying us
made until such time as this changes.
