And, in summary, what have we learned?

There are high schoolers who really like quizbowl

There are college students who really like
quizbowl
3) Anonymous people who try to start flamewars on
newsgroups/fora/etc. for the sheer sake of doing so need
smackdowns.
All in all, I'd say these are positive, practical
lessons for living, which is more than I ever got out of
L. Ron Hubbard, Reggie White, and Sun-Myung Moon
combined.
And that, really, is my point. Hanging around fellow
bernerds like yourselves has, over these past few years,
not only increased my knowledge base, but also my
respect for the beautiful dialogs of human
society.
In short, I no longer see all others as inferior to
me. Just the ones who don't play quiz bowl. They will
be assimilated.
