First of all, I'd like to state pre-emptively
that this post is not a joke.
Due to
circumstances beyond the power Samer to control, and with his
seal of permission still soft in the wax, it is my
distinctly novel pleasure to announce that Philadelphia
Experiment 6 will be hosted at the George Washington
University in Washington, DC, over the weekend of August
19-20.
Washington is, of course, not Philadelphia.
This
tournament is a packet-submission masters-level team
tournament in modified ACF format with power marks. At the
moment, bouncebacks are under consideration as
well.
An exact fee structure is yet to be determined, but
base fee will be $75 and the earliest deadline for
packets will be July 15th, with successive deadlines and
smaller discounts progressing until August
5th.
Distribution will follow last year's with minor modifications
TBA by the end of the week.

finally that Samer, if at all possible, intends to play
in this tournament. The tournament coordinator and
