Re: A Change of Subject

First of all, I tend to disagree with the Clinton
not being fiscally responsible. Granted is not
totally responsible for the economic surge in the US at
this point, but he does have the ability to sustain
and not kill the boom, like GWB would do if a tax cut
was passed. GWB is illiterate, I agree, but he is
also a plutocrat. His entire life story is based
around the existence of his father's ability to bail him
out of trouble with money and connections. All GWB
has done in his life is fail at buissness then become
a figurehead, governor of Texas. My sister is at
the RNC and I am going to grill her when she returns
because she is becoming a conservative. Quite frankly,
GWB is an idiot who does not know the first thing
about fiscal matters and wants to restrict the right to
privacy, both of which will plunge the US into even more
trouble. Concerning the credit for others, that is what
most of politics is about anyway. I know that sounds
cynical, but I think that embellishment plagues most
candidates. Look at Gore and his "I invented the internet".
Granted he helped pass legislation to make it more
accessible, but he didn't invent it. Politics in America
sucks because it is dominated by two parties which are
actually the same(can you tell the difference between
Colin Powell and any moderate Democrat?) and is
controled by money, and the media both of which seem
content to keep the two parties in control. Enough of
rambling from me.
Ben, who is a socialist and sick of
America, and Britain the way Blair is going.
