If you look at the site again the
contact phone, email and fax numbers all belong to Mulawi
Abdul Hakeem Mujahid who in 1996 produced credential
letters from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the
official Taliban name) representative to the UN. Right
now, the Afghan seat at the UN is empty. Mulawi has
been claiming that spot for 4 years. A search of news
releases on the web at other sites (and by the way, I
found this site because the BBC linked to it as the
"official" Taleban site) confirms that Mulawi is the
diplomatic spokesperson for the Taleban.
