Re: Preview

I'll throw out that I continue to be very
impressed with the current Princeton team -- the youngsters
that dominated NAQT's Div. II championships as frosh
went on to help Princeton win the undergraduate
national championship handily last spring, and I
understand that they are going to be strengthened yet again
this year by the addition of high school sensation
Jacob Mikanowski out of State College H.S., who should
be an impact player immediately from all
indications. Adding Jacob to what was already the best of the
undergrad-only teams has got to make Princeton the odds-on
favorite to hang onto the national undergrad title for
awhile, if they continue to field an all-undergrad A
team. Not that Harvard and some others don't have some
scarily proficient undergrads as well, but right now
Princeton seems to me already ahead and still gaining as
regards undergrad-only teams.
