I had to speak up with the worst response to a
question that I've ever heard. It did happen in a high
school JV match but that doesn't matter. It was bad I
tells you! The question started off with "This US
president..." A player on the other team promptly buzzes in
with "Bill Clinton" Hilarity follows. That's not the
worst of it. As soon as the console was cleared the
captain for North Kansas City's JV team rang in, without
hearing anymore, and procalaimed, "William Jefferson
Clinton!" as if the riduculous answer of Bill Clinton
wouldn't be accepted because of the nickname or something.
I think the answer turned out to be Warren Harding.
It took him a week to figure out all the things he
did wrong on that buzz.
