ACF Mid-East Regionals will still be held at the
George Washington University on January
20th.
This is the same city and day as the Inauguration. The
tournament location is five and a half blocks west of the
White House.
Plans for Beltway Bandits 5 on
January 21st also still go forward.
Game rooms are
reserved, hotel rooms are reserved (I'm still waiting for
our advisor to get back to me on the
latter).
In light of the expected increase in traffic in the
city, we strongly advise teams arriving from outside
the DC area to park at one of the terminals of the DC
Metro (www.wmata.com; lines terminate in a circle
around the city about equidistant with the Beltway) and
ride inbound to the city. The tournament site is very
metro-accessible.
