illegal. Guess the presidential election now does not
depend on a few thousand votes, but now on a

229 votes separate the
two, with overseas ballots that seem to favour Bush
coming in daily. The Gore campaign appears bent on
litigation of some sort.
Why wasn't the ballot
contested BEFORE the election?
