Just in case anyone is interested in what
happened in Canada last weekend: Michigan dominated
finishing 1-3, with BGSU next, then the Canadian teams in
some assorted order. Basically we played Michigan a
lot and sometimes had an intelligable moderator. The
28th toss-up thing wasn't really an issue since in
some games we were lucky to hear 17.
The
waterloo team worked hard, but showed their inexperience
(2 house teams, not enough score keepers, penalizing
teams that played in the top bracket), it probably
would have been better if someone from NAQT could have
been there to lend administrative support.
