nominal, but the authors should win easily--the copyright
violation is clear--presuming people and/or tournament

First off, 20 Questions is a monthly program run by QU,
so they are the same legal entity as QU. As (I
assume) an incorporated entity, QU would be the target of
any action rather than Beall himself.
As to
whether such a drastic course is a good idea...that's for
others to ponder.
