1. As I said, damages would be nominal--but one
could certainly get an injunction preventing him from
doing it in the future.
2. To copyright your
questions is easy--you don't have to register it anywhere.
Simply put your name, the copyright symbol or the word
"copyright" and the date on the pages of questions. Presto,
they're copyrighted until 75 years after your death. Or
so my intellectual property textbook
says.
