I think there are a few people out there who have
questions about starting a new program, as I've been
alerted by Dom Ricci and others. I'd like to offer up my
help to anyone starting a new program (as one whose
program just celebrated its first birthday), and give
advice on how I got funding, got people and got to
tournaments. It's not as hard as you might think -- all it
takes is one person with a lot of determination and
finding a few people who want to join you -- after that,
it's a snowball efffect.
