Re: Political affiliations of QBers

I'm now in danger of beating a dead horse, but
Hayden, I do have to ask:

Were there any moments
in the game when this happened:

Question is
read.
Democrats slowly press down on the buzzer, not really ready
to commit.
Time is called.
The answer is
given.
The Democrats immediately protest, saying (a) their
half-hearted buzz counted as much as a full buzz, even when
previous games in the tournament required the buzzer to
actually go off, (b) they knew the answer, which is always
easy to claim when it's been given, and (c) they
should get the points.

Or for that matter, did
the GOP team stall for as much time as humanly
possible between questions, content to let the clock wind
down even though they probably shortened the match by
5 or 6 questions?

Or did...

I'm
having WAY too much fun with this.
