Unless they've changed the
boundaries, southern Ontario is indeed in R7. The only team
that participated in my CBI-playing days was Windsor,
and they gave it up around '95 or so. (Current R7
folks: Have they ever come back?)

As an aside:
Windsor was the perennial R7 doormat team, although this
never seemed to bother them one bit. Rumor had it that
the CBI team was simply a perk that the
student-government folks took on, and that it wasn't otherwised
publicized. If they HAD solicited other players -- well, Dan
Reaume was an undergrad at Windsor and could probably
have won more than a few games without a single buzz
from his teammates. Kind of makes you wonder what the
regional dynamics *could* have been!
