Um, the "integrity" of Penn
Bowl?
I think Samer already did enough to affect that the
last time he ran Penn Bowl. (Anyone remember that
fiasco?)
While I don't condone plagiarism, if PADT (assuming
there are other decision makers there besides Samer)
wants to take actions to "preserve the integrity of
Penn Bowl," it should be worried about more than just
who's _submitting_ the questions or _participating_ in
the tournament.
